Working away.

This is my work bay where I spend most of my days hard at it.

Where my insperation began....

Can't beat a good mood board.

Fabric samples.

These are my fabric samples for my final major project for menswear.  It's hand and machine embroidery based and fell that it's worked well from looking at my drawing sheets for insperation.

Drawing sheets Pt 2.

These are the other drawing sheets I have produced for my final major projects ideas.

Starting to embroider....

Well I've finally started to embroider on to my coat and I think making my own sequins has worked really well it gives the coat a really sense of drama and the pattern on the sequins really makes them stand out.  Need to start on the other side now......god help me!

More menswear.

I'm currently working on this coat altering it has been a massive pain but im pleased with the results.  Just need to start my embroidery on the shoulders and back.....no sleep for me then .

My meanswear project

I'm currently working on some knitwear for my avant guard menswear and from my drawing sheets I've translated it to my embroidery on the knit wear.

Wolves are everywhere.

As I was looking through my massive wardrobe I stumbled onto this find. I've had it for years and now its another source of insperation for my menswear project for my fianl major project.  Don't you love it when you find things you like and I shall be wearing this more often.

Something daft

This is a key ring that my friend Lesley Brown gave to me and I think its brilliant.

Bling! Bling!

Bought these rings from H&M a while ago and feel they go perfectly with my current final major project, with that harsh and brutal aspect of it but dont worry I dont wear them all at once im not Mr T.

Final major drawing sheets Pt1.

These are the drawing sheets that I have been doing directly from my inspertional photos.  I wanted to create alot of abstract drawing looking at the wolves and then taking them apart and joining them together to get a completely different image.  Also I have used different media e.g. makers, paint, pencils and machine embroidery its all these different medias that give my drawing sheets a different look and feel.
